On Wednesday l went in the garden and made poppies.
We cut up egg cartons and then we painted them.
The reason we cut up the egg cartons and made poppies out of them was because we couldn't buy poppies from the shops.
We are going to give some of the poppies to our friends for Anzac day.

Hi Charlotte
ReplyDeleteWhat a cool activity and such a great idea to give them to your friends. I really like to how you cut the egg cartons to make them look more like a poppy.
Hope you are keeping safe in your bubble.

Hi Charlotte
ReplyDeleteWhat great thinking! They are beautiful little poppies. Did you use paint to make them pink and red? I made some Anzac biscuits earlier this week to celebrate Anzac Day. They are nearly all gone! I hope you are having fun with your lovely family in your bubble. Keep up the great work.

DeleteHi Charlotte, what a great idea to make poppies out of egg cartons. They look great! I also made some big cardboard poppies and put them out at our gate on Anzac day. Keep up the great work. Mrs Walker
